The Aprilia Tuono is a naked motorcycle manufactured by Aprilia from 2002. It is based heavily upon the Aprilia RSV Mille and its successor, the Aprilia RSV1000R superbike with which is shares its engine, gearbox, frame and, partly, its suspension. The Tuono was succeeded by the Aprilia Tuono V4 R for model year 2011, though the V2 model continued in production into the 2011 model year.

Design


Aprilia Tuono is designed as a muscly streetfighter with a lot of electronic aids such as multi level traction control, ABS, Wheelie control, launch control and AQS(Aprilia Quick Shift electronic System). Since 2004, a lot of changes have been made but the basics almost remains the same.

2006 - 2010 Tuono 1000 R Factory


The Tuono 1000 R Factory comes with fully adjustable Öhlins Racing rear mono-shock and front forks, blue- or gold-anodized (depending on model year) forged aluminum wheels, a frame finished in gold, a paint job sporting the signature Aprilia Lion's head on the fuel tank and the extensive use of carbon fiber parts. The use of forged aluminum wheels and carbon fiber explains the weight difference of 4 kg (9 lb) between the two versions in favor of the Factory model.

2012 - Tuono V4 APRC


For the 2012 model year, the Tuono was completely redesigned along the lines of the RSV4 with a 65° V4. As with that bike, it received Aprilia's APRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control) package with 8-position traction control, 3 position wheelie control, and 3 position launch control. For the 2014 model year, various refinements including a larger 18.5 l fuel tank, more comfortable saddle, and 3 position race ABS brakes were introduced.

2015 - Tuono V4 1100


For the 2015 model year, the Tuono was updated with increasing the engine size to 1,077 cc (65.7 cu in). Now called the Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 RR and Öhlins-equipped Factory model with a claimed 175 hp (130 kW) @ 11,000 rpm and a wet weight of 472 lb (214 kg). Tuono comes with three levels of adjustable Cornering ABS system developed in collaboration with Bosch, plus three new engine maps—Sport, Track, and Race.

The new 2017 Tuonos will be outfitted with Aprilia’s new TFT display and produces 173–175 hp (129–130 kW) @ 11,000 rpm (claimed)

Piaggio NRG The  Piaggio NRG  is a scooter made by Piaggio since 1994. The first model (mc1) used a liquid-cooled, two-stroke engine. The mc2 differed from the mc1 only visually and later models (since 1998) had optional air-cooling and rear disc brakes (the Hi-Per2 engine).                      Husqvarna Nuda 900 The Husqvarna Nuda 900 is a naked bike of the motorcycle manufacturer Husqvarna Motorcycles , which was built from 2012 to 2013 in Varese , Italy . Model History   The motorcycle was developed in close cooperation with BMW-Motorrad , as 2007 Husqvarna was taken over by the BMW AG . It is powered by a modified in-line two-cylinder engine from the BMW F 800 series, which was installed in a likewise modified steel grid frame of the BMW F 800 GS .
